Kara Varriale, PTA is a licensed physical therapist assistant practicing at the Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine Wall location.
In her early life, Kara was very active and developed Osgood-Schlatter disease, requiring her to need physical therapy at age 15, sparking her interest in this field and the musculoskeletal system. Before going back to school, she worked as a physical therapy aide and realized how much she enjoyed patient care and rehabilitation and knew this was the field she needed to be in. Kara attended Keiser University in Sarasota, Florida and graduated with High Honors in 2022.
Kara was born and raised in Staten Island, NY before moving to New Jersey in 2001. Kara was always involved in various different sports growing up, including field hockey and lacrosse. In her free time, Kara enjoys traveling, reading, working out, and spending time with her niece and nephew
