Dr. Michael A. Culbert, DC is a chiropractor with a passion for addressing musculoskeletal disorders and promoting holistic well-being. Dr. Culbert brings a unique approach to chiropractic care, combining spinal biomechanics and the impact of nutrition on the body's natural healing processes. He currently offers chiropractic services at our Wall office.
Dr. Culbert pursued his undergraduate studies at Loyola University Maryland from 2016 to 2020, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a Minor in History. During this time, he was a member of Loyola's Division I Swimming and Diving Team. He also received the prestigious Father McManus Unsung Hero Award in his senior year.
Continuing his academic journey, Dr. Culbert attended Logan University, College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO, from 2020 to 2023. Actively involved in the chiropractic community, he served as his class Secretary and Vice President. Dr. Culbert also assumed leadership roles in the chiropractic professional fraternity Chi Rho Sigma, where he held positions as President and Webmaster. To broaden his perspective on chiropractic care, Dr. Culbert engaged in outside clinical rotations. His experiences included preceptorships at Storm Chiropractic in Greenwood, IN, and The Wellness Way headquarters in Green Bay, WI. These opportunities provided him with valuable insights into the diverse approaches the chiropractic profession offers to patients. Furthermore, as a former Division I athlete, Dr. Culbert also has an interest in sports medicine chiropractic techniques designed to provide patients with a competitive edge and help peak performance.
Dr. Culbert is excited to start his career as a chiropractor at Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine. Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Culbert enjoys staying active. You'll often find him swimming laps at the Ocean County YMCA or at the beach in Ortley or Lavallette.
