Christina Steele, COTA/L

Christina Steele, COTA/L is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who has been providing holistic, client-directed care since 2021.

Christina studies at Rutgers University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2015. She then attended Keiser University earning her degree as Occupational Therapist Assistant in 2020. She has previously worked in sub-acute skilled nursing facilities but is now a proud member of the NorthEast Spine & Sports Medicine team.

Christina, a New Jersey native, continues to evolve her techniques in orthopedic and sport-related therapeutic interventions. As a former athlete who played soccer for 13 years and ran track for 4 years, she enjoys hot yoga and weight training. She is passionate about hands-on rehab, educating her patients of the anatomy of a healthy body, injury prevention, and maintaining good body mechanics during everyday activities.
