With over 20 years experience, Dr. Lambros Lambrou strives to educate his patients about their unique health concerns. He believes that when patients are motivated and realistic about their health, outcomes are exceptional and earned. Alongside his twin brother Dimitrios, Dr. Lambrou founded Northeast Spine & Sports Medicine in the spring of 2001. In 2000, he graduated from New York Chiropractic College as a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. Since then he has devoted his post-graduate education to Neuronal Conduction Studies, Manipulation Under Anesthesia, Diagnostic MSK ultrasonography, Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), and scoliosis rehabilitation. He also has a profound interest in nutritional strategies and their application in anti-aging medicine.

A strong supporter of his community and veterans affairs, Dr. Lambrou was awarded the Legion of Honor Humanitarian Award from the Vietnam Veterans of America NJ Chapter & The Chapel of the Four Chaplains. He is an honorary member of The International Society of Police Physicians and Surgeons, the Jackson Township P.B.A Local 168 and the State of NJ Police Departments Honor Legion. In 2020, Dr. Lambrou was chosen as a regional Top Doctor and in 2021 he was appointed by Governor Phil Murphy to serve on the NJ State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Devoted to the welfare of his community, Dr. Lambrou serves on the Board of Trustees for Hackensack Meridian Ocean University Medical Center Foundation. Although Northeast Spine & Sports Medicine has grown to eleven locations, you will still find Dr. Lambrou consulting with patients on a regular basis in the Jackson, NJ office.
