Individualized Treatment Plans
I have gone to Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine in Aberdeen for awhile now and everyone there is very friendly and makes you feel at home. I have had chiropractic treatments there with Dr Jeff and he is very good!!! . He treats you with with gentle chiropractic adjustments,and he takes his time with you, to discuss what is hurting you so he knows how to adjust you. He is very knowledgeable and knows every patient is different and needs different treatments .My husband just started to go to him also and he feels the same way.!!! Amy and Victoria at the front desk are so very friendly and kind and always are very welcoming!!! I would definitely recommend others to go to Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine in Aberdeen!!!

Dr Jeff is great and very thorough. He takes the time needed to listen to what’s wrong and comes up with a plan to fix the issues. He’s constantly reevaluating your progress and adjusting the plan as needed. The rest of the staff up front are friendly and super knowledgeable.
And then there’s the PT staff in the back. Just like Dr Jeff, they really take the time to evaluate what’s going on and work hard to make you better. And it’s never a dull moment back there which makes the PT more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this office for both chiro and physical therapy to any one.

I have been using this group of excellent care takers since my auto accident. My doctor recommended acupuncture but I was very hesitant since I dislike needles. Ali put me at ease immediately by showing me how it would feel. She’s a genius and very gentle. The pain from my injury was improving. I have also been receiving chiropractic care from Dr Jeff. Also very gentle but very effective. I thank all the staff including Amy and Toria for my amazing care. I recommend you try them out. You won’t be sorry.
