Kaitlyn Abdilla, COTA/L

Kaitlyn Abdilla, COTA/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant practicing at Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine of Jackson. Kaitlyn has direct experience in adult and pediatric occupational therapy. She specializes in splint making, and Graston techniques. 

Kaitlyn has a background as a Rehabilitation Technician at a subacute rehab/skilled nursing facility. She completed her clinical rotations at an Orthopedic facility and an elementary school. 

Kaitlyn grew up in Toms River, NJ and graduated from Stockton University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Pre-Occupational Therapy. Following graduation, she wished to further her education in OT. She attended and graduated from Rutgers’ Occupational Therapist Assistant Program, where Kaitlyn then received an Associate of Applied Science degree, and her OTA license.

A soccer player from ages 5 to 18, Kaitlyn gained interest in the Orthopedic and sports medicine side of occupational therapy following two ACL injuries. Kaitlyn has a passion for helping athletes, as well as older adults, oncology patients, and children. In her spare time, Kaitlyn keeps healthy at the gym. She also enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore on the boardwalk with her family & friends.
