Vax-D for Spinal Decompression

Dr. Lambros Lambrou Feb 29, 2016

Vax-D is a spinal decompression table used to effectively treat patients complaining of low back pain. The table stretches the muscles, ligaments, discs, and joints of the low back, which releases negative pressure on these pain generating structures.

In addition to disc related injuries, Vax-D has had success with herniated discs in the low back. A herniation of a disc can cause serious pain symptoms in the low back, as well as pain shooting into the legs. As the table stretches the low back, the herniation can be reversed, and pain levels decrease dramatically.

Overall, Vax-D treatments have conservatively helped patients avoid surgery, as well as a dependency of  drugs.
